Gold Collar


Our methodology is simple, but not easy. Stoneburgh Management purchases blue collar businesses and converts them to Gold Collar businesses by producing General Managers from "The Candidate Program" to take ultimate responsibility for growing the company. We hire and train Assistant General Managers who take ultimate action to execute the growth strategy. The GM and AGMs work together like a field General and SgtMajor to tackle the mission.
